About Mishkk

We started with one clinic. We kept the same standard.

Founded in 2018 to build one dental practice system properly. Ten products later, the operating principle has not changed: build what the client actually runs on, and hand it over in full.

Company story

Built from the operations floor up

Mishkk Technologies began in 2018 with two engineers and a single dental practice that could not find software matching how it actually worked. Rather than sell it a compromise, we built the system it needed, then discovered its laboratory had the same problem, and built that too.

That pattern has repeated for eight years. A school could not reconcile fee collection. A hospital lost chargeable events between departments. A wholesale market ran on notebooks. In each case the work started inside the operation, watching the process before writing a line of code.

Today those builds are products with their own roadmaps, and the practice that produced them is our services business. The two feed each other: what we solve twice for clients becomes a product feature, and what we learn running products in production sets the standard for every custom build.

Message from the CEO

We measure ourselves by what stays in production

I started Mishkk in 2018 because a single dental clinic could not find software that matched how it actually worked. We built the system it needed instead of selling it a compromise, and that decision still defines how we work today.

Software is easy to demo and hard to run. So we hold ourselves to what survives: the platforms clients still depend on years later, the manual hours they stop spending, the code they own outright and can take anywhere. If a project cannot meet that standard, I would rather tell you in week two than in month nine.

Whether you are automating a single workflow or replacing the system your business runs on, you will work directly with the people building it, with no layer in between. That is the company I set out to build, and the one I still run today.

Mission

Give growing businesses the software leverage that used to be reserved for enterprises: systems that remove manual work, hold up under scrutiny, and belong to the client outright.

Vision

To be the technology partner mid-market companies across emerging and established markets choose first for AI, automation and enterprise software, known for shipping products that stay in production for a decade.

Core values

Four commitments we will be held to

These are not aspirations on a wall. Each one shows up as a clause in the engagement or a step in the process.

Say the hard thing early

If scope is wrong, an estimate is optimistic or an idea will not validate, you hear it in week two, not in month nine when the budget is gone.

Measure what we claim

Every improvement we report comes with a before and an after. Hours recovered, seconds saved, points gained. From real data.

You own everything

Code, infrastructure and documentation transfer to you. No lock-in, no licensing traps, no hostage-holding.

Build it to be maintained

Tests, documentation and boring architecture. The measure of good work is whether another engineer can extend it in two years.

Our process

Five stages, each ending in something you can use

01

Discover

We map the real process, including the manual exceptions people never mention in a requirements meeting, and agree how success will be measured.

Process map, success metrics, costed roadmap

02

Design

Architecture, data model and interface designed together, then prototyped so you can use the product before it is built.

Architecture document, clickable prototype

03

Build

Two-week increments, each ending with working software in a real environment. You review progress you can click, not a percentage.

Working increments, automated tests, CI/CD

04

Launch

Migration, training, monitoring and a rollback plan. We go live with you, not by email on a Friday.

Production release, runbooks, team training

05

Scale

Measured iteration on real usage, with performance, cost and reliability reported monthly against the baseline we set at launch.

Monthly report, iteration backlog, SLA support

Timeline

Eight years, one product line at a time

BrandProtection launches for WooCommerce, followed by SmartSite Optimizer.

2023

AI division

Whatchat brings AI to WhatsApp business operations at production scale.

2024

Automation platform

SupraAuto launches, turning bespoke automation work into a product teams run themselves.

2025

Global delivery

Ten products in active production, serving clients across South Asia, the Gulf and Europe.

Innovation

How we keep the product line ahead of the brief

Product-led R&D

Every service engagement feeds the product line. Patterns we solve twice for clients become features in SupraAuto, Whatchat or a platform module, which is why our products fit real operations.

Evaluation before deployment

AI features ship against an evaluation suite built from your historical data. Accuracy is a number we report, not an adjective we use.

Open architecture

Documented APIs, exportable data and infrastructure as code on every build, because a system you cannot leave is a system you cannot trust.

Leadership

The people accountable for your project

Small team, senior people, no account-manager layer between you and the engineers doing the work.
