01What this policy covers

This policy explains what personal data Mishkk Technologies (Pvt) Ltd collects through this website and our products, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

Where we process data on behalf of a client, for example inside a hospital or school system we host, that client is the data controller and their own policy governs the data subject relationship. We act as a processor under a written agreement.

02Data we collect

Through this website we collect only what you give us and what we need to run the site:

• Contact form submissions: name, company, email, phone, country, area of interest, budget range and the project details you write.
• Newsletter subscriptions: your email address.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security, rate limiting and aggregate analytics.
• Communications: emails, WhatsApp messages and call notes relating to an enquiry or engagement.

03Why we use it

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share contact details with third parties for their own marketing.

• To reply to your enquiry and prepare a proposal.
• To deliver and support services you have engaged us for.
• To send the monthly newsletter, if you subscribed. Every issue includes a one-click unsubscribe.
• To protect the site from abuse, including rate limiting submissions per IP address.
• To meet legal, accounting and contractual obligations.

04Legal basis

Where GDPR or an equivalent framework applies, we rely on legitimate interest for responding to business enquiries and securing the site, consent for marketing email, and contractual necessity for delivering engaged services.

05How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not become engagements: 24 months, then deleted.
• Client engagement records: for the duration of the engagement plus the period required by tax and contract law.
• Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
• Server and security logs: 90 days.

06Security

Data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest on our managed infrastructure. Access to production systems is role-based, logged and limited to the engineers who need it.

Client deployments follow the security model agreed in the engagement, including on-premise and private-cloud options where data residency or regulation requires it. We run dependency scanning on every build and disclose any incident affecting client data without delay.

07Sub-processors

We use a small number of established providers for hosting, email delivery and analytics. A current list of sub-processors, with their locations and roles, is available on request to any client or prospective client.

08Your rights

You can ask us to provide a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or send it to another provider. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interest.

Write to info@mishkktechnologies.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may complain to your local data protection authority.

09Cookies

This site uses only functional storage: a theme preference saved in your browser and a session flag that prevents the loading animation replaying on every page. Neither is used for tracking or advertising, and neither leaves your device.

10Changes and contact

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change affects an active engagement, notify the client directly.
