Overview
Wholesale produce moves faster than any general accounting package can follow. Lots arrive overnight, sell by auction in the morning, and settle across dozens of growers and buyers by afternoon, with commission, labour, freight and market fees deducted at each step.
This platform models that workflow directly. Arrivals are recorded per grower and lot, auctions capture the sale rate and buyer, and deductions apply by configurable rules rather than mental arithmetic. Grower payouts and buyer receivables update in the same transaction.
Daily rate sheets, outstanding balance reports and per-agent commission summaries come out of the system instead of a notebook, which means disputes are settled with a record rather than a conversation.
